The rental request form collects your name, company, email address and project details. You may also provide a callback number, jobsite location, equipment categories, dates and support requirements.
How the information is used
Lakes Gear uses the information to review equipment requirements and follow up about the rental request. A request is stored in the website administration system and is accessible to authorized administrators.
Website security
The form uses a security token and a short-lived request limit to reduce automated submissions. The request limit uses a hashed network identifier; the inquiry record does not include your IP address.
Cookies and website features
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking. Administrator sign-in uses cookies for authentication. Visitors do not need an account to submit a rental request.
